Dragonboat at Bedok Reservoir

Heh, yesterday was my second take-on on Dragonboat!
together with seniors, and fellow 8 squadmates.
yup, only EIGHT.
cause the rest made their word and broke the promise.

nevertheless, i had an incredible fun time.
firstly in the morning, we ran-and-walk for a total of 4.8km (or isit 4.2km?).
well, i jogged for 2.8km, then walked the rest of the route.
hahha, those dragonboat girls were damn zai.
anw, it felt so good to sweat it out all after a long time.

then, the lao shi came and we moved on to paddling.
it's really a test on endurance and teamwork!
rahh, all my muscles are aching.
then the lao shi also 'nagged', hahha.
but i find it very true.
and what ma'am sock said as well.
we've and we MUST work as a team to push the corp on.
it takes 20 people to propel the dragonboat,
and the same applies.
NO ONE MAN SHOW.




anyway, this is part of the logistic board.
isn't it cute?
hahah.




i love the day out in the sun with them.
i love those jing yu liang yan.
